The East Coast flagship of the acclaimed MICHELIN-Recommended Miku Restaurant from Vancouver.

Miku specializes in Aburi (flame-seared) Sushi, premium seafood, & A5 wagyu steak. Our menu blends Japanese culinary traditions with local ingredients. Our chefs creatively pair sushi with distinctive, house-made sauces, amplified by a binchotan (oak charcoal) flame sear, crafting sushi with a signature smoky flavour, and entrées using premium seasonal ingredients from Japan.

Alongside our esteemed culinary creations, we take great pride that within our restaurant group, ABURI Hana in Yorkville, Toronto has earned a coveted MICHELIN star.

We are known for the iconic Aburi Salmon Oshi Sushi and seasonal tasting menus. Choose from a 6-course tasting menu or a 7-course Kaiseki experience for dinner, or fresh oysters with a Chef's Select lunch set. Complementing your meal with an extensive selection of sake, wine, & Japanese cocktails.

    It was for a birthday and I made note of it but there was no acknowledgement at all while we were dining. Regardless, we had such lovely service and laughed a lot with our server! Thanks again

    Been many times and usually love it but the overall experience was disappointing this time. Our hot appies were cool when they arrived. Portion sizes have shrunk considerably. And when we ordered the fatty tuna belly they got the order wrong… twice! Dropped off my faves list😔

    Overall a very good experience there. Food was great. Saki recommendations were great - although the warm Saki was extremely hot. It was also a bit noisy.

    The food was stunning. This is probably some of the best sushi and sashimi I have ever had. Loved the Ebi Fritters and the sashimi platter. The Japanese Chicken fell a bit flat for me. Not as flavourful as everything else I had and it was not moist. The presentation does not disappoint and the service was great. The drinks were great. Overall, positive experience.

    The servers and food are both so amazing. We had a girls' night dinner and the server recommended just the right amount of food. The cocktails are really good as well!
