Our Table | American Bistro

Our Table brings the food, service, and atmosphere to the south side that you have been craving. Chef Joe Miller and his team source the best ingredients and make all their offerings from scratch. They showcase their fresh ingredients using preparations that are simple, yet refined. Come to Our Table to experience fresh seafood flown in daily; delicious hand-made artisan flatbreads; signature beef tenderloin sliders; or a sizzling steak.

Our goal is to create a unique dining experience that will please the palate and soothe the soul. We serve the finest beef, the freshest seafood, premium wines, craft cocktails and locally grown produce.

DEPENDING ON PARTY SIZE, GUESTS WILL BE GIVEN 1 1/2-2 HRS TO DINE FOR EACH RESERVATION!
Parties arriving late (exceeding 15 minute grace period) will void their reservation. Please call the restaurant if you may be arriving later than scheduled reservation.
Any parties that arrive with more people that the reservation was confirmed for, accommodations at our restaurant may not be guaranteed.
Parties will receive a confirmation text prior to reservation.
Guests may tailgate prior to their reservation. Please check-in with the hostess by coming to the front porch entrance to let us know you have arrived for the evening.
Picnic tables and chairs in the "Beer Garden" are available at first come first serve basis!

Paula's on Main, in Fort Wayne, is a contemporary and elegant restaurant serving fresh seafood with delectable preparations in its casual and relaxing eatery. The boursin cheese medallion with crostini and raspberry chipotle sauce and the beer-steamed and seasoned peel-n-eat shrimp with cocktail sauce make tantalizing starter options. Some of Paula's on Main's specialty entrée dishes include the crab-stuffed whitefish with dill-caper hollandaise, the Thai tilapia in a crispy sesame crust with a Thai-spiced tartar sauce, the Alaskan king crab legs with drawn butter and the blackened salmon topped with a bleu cheese glaze, all made even better paired with wine. Shrim cocktail and calamari were outstanding. The steaks and salmon were cooked to perfection. The sides of mashed potatoes, mushrooms and green beans were plentiful and cooked perfectly too. The main course proportions were nicely sized. The cheesecake and seasonal (peppermint) creme Brule were all delicious too. Wait staff was prompt and courteous. All around, a great experience.

Great evening meal and drinks at Cooper’s Hawk. Their food was outstanding - the medallions always cooked perfectly with the 3 crusts. The Ahi tuna appetizer was also phenomenal. Free tastings followed by glass purchase was the perfect amount and enjoyed trying different wines before deciding.
