The service was lacking , May have been short on staff. My wedge salad was warm and tasteless, the mushroom soup was very good. My grandson had the ribeye and was very disappointed. Others had scallops and shrimp and enjoyed their dishes . I was really looking forward to the dining experience at Melange but it was a big disappointment. I won’t be going back.

The service was attentive and a team effort. The ambiance with the fire pits and view of the lake and fountain - and sunset - perfect. Our order of rib eye was cooked exactly to order and split for us.

Ambience is very nice. Food and service just ok. They notified one person in our group that they had run out of her selection when they brought out everyone else’s food and she had to reorder. She should have been notified much sooner than this.
