I love this place, sitting at a bar or a booth in the front room with the wood fire oven and cute bar and friendly attentive staff, awesome cocktails and food. You can't go wrong, Definitely my top 3 go to restaurants in the Bay Area.

Neighborhood gem, reservations recommended. Don’t miss the shishito peppers, salads, Negroni/other cocktails, steak, pastas or soft serve for dessert! Service is casual and friendly yet outstanding. One of the very few remaining places with this type of upscale yet unpretentious vibe left in Oakland.

My family and I have been coming here for years. This visit I brought friends who hadn’t yet dined here. It was the perfect place for good food and conversation. We’re treated like family by Manna and her staff, especially Mercy. Everything was perfect and we’ll all be returning.
