    BEFORE YOU BOOK! Marmalade only offers tasting menus and does not provide an a la carte selection nor a children’s menu. Due to extensive renovations our cocktail program is not available, wines available. For all reservations of 5 or fewer guests, we only offer a 5-course dinner priced at $139.00 per seat. This price applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience. For groups of 6 or more, we only offer a Fixed Group Tasting Menu starting at $165.00 per seat, 5 course is not available for groups of 6 or more. All guests, including children, are charged the full price. THIS IS AN ADULT ORIENTED EXPERIENCE. We do not have high-chairs, changing tables, and there is no room for strollers. NO SPLIT CHECKS.

    Overall a top notch experience. Eric, our waiter made the experience all that much better. Food was beyond excellent and the obligatory soup was nothing short of mouth-watering. Every bit of the service, from initial entry and encountering the hostesses to our departure was top class. I gave value 3 stars - I expected this to be a pricey restaurant and I am not complaining about what I spent. Objectively speaking however, I can't in fairness give 5 stars on value as portions were somewhat conservative. You're paying more for the flavors and the experience than the portions. I would visit again.

    Peter is an outstanding chef, exquisite cuisine that delights your palate with an incredible touch. Service is top notch. A true genuine experience, a MUST when in San Juan.

    Everything was truly outstanding, food, selection, pairings, service and a pre-fixed menu with choices for each course. Staff are all so professional and clearly world class (and I have been to so many top restaurants all over the world in the last 20+ years)! The chef's are clearly very, very talented and this restaurant is worth a quick trip to Puerto Rico and Old San Juan even if just for dinner at Marmalade! I will be back!

    The best restaurant we have encountered on our recent visit to Puerto Rico, The eclectic menu was outstanding, the service could not have been better and we had a great conversation with the owner/chef. Highest recommendation

    My girlfriend and I found Marmalade to be absolutely phenomenal. The portions are generous for a tasting menu, so arrive hungry if possible. We opted for the wine pairing, and our server gave detailed descriptions of each pairing, the reasoning behind the pairing, and a brief history of the wine. Our server Amber and all of the other staff who attended to us were wonderful. I feel very comfortable recommending Marmalade for any special occasion.
