   Terrible experience. First I don’t like it when the waiter insists on taking the full order as soon as you sit down. All that does is allow them to prepare ahead and the food sits in the back under warmers. Our table ordered an appetizer which they forgot and was only prompted because the salad came out instead. Also I ordered a small plate and salad to be served as my entre. Of course it showed up with the other salads. I had shrimp that was fishy and rubbery. Polenta way over salted. Food not hot. Sent it back. Another had Pasta too soft. Sauce tasted burnt. Wait staff didn’t know what they were doing. Serving to wrong people. To top it off restroom line so couldn’t use it. All in all a tourist trap. Won’t go back.

   We apologize for serving you incorrectly and we take responsibility for our mistake. We ask for all items to be ordered at one time so when your server picks up the plates from one course, they notify the kitchen immediately to begin to prepare your next course, as our dishes are individually cooked for each guest. It is never prepared ahead of time "sitting under a warmer". In regards to all of your other negative comments including that someone was in the restroom ahead of you, we are sorry you did not have a good evening.

   Our food and our waiter was excellent - only complaint I have is that we explained we didn't want to be rushed and prefer to order our salad etc. one at a time so we aren't rushed and Carlos told us chef prefers we order all at once but it will be spread out. This wasn't the case

   I recently dined at Marcelino Ristorante for what I hoped would be a lovely romantic evening. The ambiance was absolutely stunning—dimly lit with elegant decor that set the perfect mood for a special night out. The atmosphere alone made me excited for the evening ahead. As a lover of good food and wine, I was particularly looking forward to exploring their menu. While the wine list was impressive, offering a variety of enticing selections from different regions, I must say the food did not live up to the expectations set by its surroundings. Unfortunately, each dish we ordered fell flat in terms of flavor and creativity. It did deliver a memorable culinary experience to never return. I was hoping for a tantalizing taste to match the beautiful setting, but ended up feeling disappointed with the overall meal. In summary, if you're seeking a romantic spot with a fantastic wine selection, Marcelino Restorante is worth a visit for the ambiance alone. Just be prepared that the food does not match the standards of the wine or the beautiful surroundings

   Fab as usual! Best homemade pastas and sauces in AZ! Nice glass of wine, crispy bitter greens salad and what more could you want? A visit to the table from the chef, done!

   Not our first time, but everything was first class as always. We particularly enjoyed the pasta specials since it's so hard to find really good pasta anywhere.

    The food and presentation are impeccable as always! Patio dining with this weather and lots of busy people-watching is great fun too. Highly recommend!
