   Food was very good and I couldn’t believe the value - especially for the children’s meal! $5 including drinks and dessert! Patio outside is also very nice. Overall the restaurant is spacious and not too loud - clean bathrooms as well. Definitely will be back next time we are in grapevine.

   The food is always very good. We love the seafood gumbo and the etouffee. The apple galette is my favorite dessert.

   Thank goodness for Open Table. I called to make a reservation and was told they had no openings until 7pm. I went on Open Table and made my reservation for 6, at 5:30. It was a friends gathering and we needed an early time. Food was great. Vivian was our waitress. She was amazing. Very attentive!!!

   Mac’s manages to maintain an open and airy environment with the noise level still below a normal restaurant. James, our waiter, never missed a beat when serving a table of 8. We all enjoyed the variety of food we ordered, followed by a delicious dessert. I will go back ASAP!

   We were family of 6 made up of 3 generations. Each individual, from young to old, was extremely satisfied with their meal choice. (It was a very hot day, and the ambiance made us wish we’d dressed a bit finer.)

   We have been going to Mac’s in Arlington for years and now we go to Mac’s on Main. Both of them are very good. Tonight we met some family members and James was our waiter. The main reason I’m writing this review is because of James. He is simply an excellent representative for Mac’s and an excellent waiter. Very friendly and pleasant! And oh yes, the food was excellent as always! 😊

   Mac’s is our go-to when we want a nice, delicious meal. Some of our favorites are: The Fresh Rainbow Trout pan grilled with pecans, lemon-wine, mushrooms & capers sauce, quinoa brown rice, or the Sesame Seared Ahi Tuna, sushi grade, medium rare with seasonal vegetable or quinoa brown rice and: Blackened Roughy W/ Étouffée topped with crawfish Étouffée, white rice, or the Prime Rib, Grilled Shrimp, etc. We’ve loved everything! The endless salad and bread are a must for starters. If it’s a special occasion, please mention it - the key lime pie is complimentary!

    Great food and great service. Both of us had steaks and the turtle cheesecake was delicious
