    Dinner was delicious even though the lobster tails were a bit salty. The over all dining experience was wonderful. Service was excellent especially considering all the people present for Christmas dinner. Ambience was delightful couldn’t be more pleased. This is one of our favorites places in Naples❤️ it’s a must whether you’re visiting or live in the area.

    Our table was perfect for talking! We had the water view on the enclosed porch area located by the street and sidewalk area yet on the water. Actually, a perfect corner to converse and enjoy our Christmas dinner with our friends. Judy K.

    The food was magnificent. Everything was incredible and perfect. The only thing that would’ve been better is if it came with two or three desserts instead of one L O L it is two thumbs up every time we go to this restaurant.

    Our entrees took over an hour (probably 80 minutes) to arrive. Our server explained that our meal was delayed (about 20 minutes after we had finished our appetizer). Our server offered us soup (which gave us an idea that we were going to be waiting a while). We have always enjoyed our Xmas Eve dinners at M waterfront but this one was disappointing.

    Expectations were high for Christmas Eve. Venetian Village is magical this time of year and we have always enjoyed the quality, ambience and cuisine of M Waterfront Grille. Instead we were packed in like sardines - handed tired and frayed menus - and waited over two hours for a mediocre dinner while trying to hold a conversation over the din. Just because you can doesn’t mean you should place tables so close together that you can’t figure out how to get out of the room. Our server did his best under overcrowded conditions. Never again.
