   My husband and I often take our holiday meals @Lucille as the buffet is always top notch. It was fantastic for Mother’s Day. Food was excellent as always! Servers seemed to be overloaded and a bit fatigued by our 1:30 reservation, so I have to say that was a bit clunky, but overall everything was excellent. I am sure, like all restaurants these days that the service area is a bit understaffed. Still highly recommend!

   This was disappointing. First of all, for the first year we were expected to pay in advance. I found this outrageous, but we still decided to go given our previous years of a great experience. I've come for Mother's Day brunch the last few years. Upon arrival, we are usually greeted right away and this time, we just stood there with no greeting, waiting for several minutes before the host even looked up to say he'd help us in a minute. Finally, after continuing to wait, we were finally able to check in and we stood waiting for another period of time before I had to go ask about our seating. After being seated, we looked around to find many, many empty tables yet many were sitting with dirty dishes on them surrounding us. Not the best atmosphere. While the food was overall pretty good, some of it was being served lukewarm, and there were a number of things that we were all unhappy with. Next year, given the price is so high, we will find another location.

   Fantastic selection and everything was really good, especially the desserts. Somewhat disappointed that my favorite sweet rolls from years past were missing.

   First time here Absolutely the best high tea I have been to and being Irish I have been to many. Food, service, environment and overall experience in being able to hear and enjoy. Will be back often

   So convenient before matinée! Natives her job. She’s an excellent waitress. Food has been very good with plenty of leftovers. Lunch opens at 11:00. Make a reservation no later than 11:30 to be sure to have plenty of time before curtain. We love ice cream sundae cart!!

   Very impressed by service and overall food/drink selection. Having Bellini’s/mimiomas and Bloody Mary’s with all the fixings to choose from made with zing zang(my favorite) is well worth the price. Love the options of the elevated buffet. I would say I liked more items than not. For a buffet it’s hard to keep food hot/fresh and feel they did a good job of that. All the staff that we interacted with were wonderful and very attentive. Definitely will be back.

   This was a very disappointing experience. It was advertised as a Peter Rabbit Tea. Yes there was a nice tea service. But it was slow and when you have a three year old boy it is difficult for them to stay seated. But the biggest disappointment was the “Peter Rabbit “. Part. I expected a “Disney “ type activity with characters interacting with the kids. Instead there was one woman who read one story using a very small book. Kids could barely see the book. There were a few decorations and a backdrop for pics. For two adults and one child it cost us over 200.00 with tip. This was the biggest waste of money ever. I will spread the word for next year

    We love the new lunch menu, but miss the Lucille Burger! The filet medallions were cooked perfectly rare. The gravy was odd tasting, so my husband was happy it was served on the side. The new veal ragu dish was awesome. We have been having lunch before the play for two years now and we miss the meal subscription but appreciate the $20 discount coupon.
