I recently dined at Char , and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, making it a perfect spot for a nice meal. I ordered the Chicken Piccata, which was absolutely delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, and it was cooked to perfection. The Wedge Salad was also impressive; it was fresh and crisp, complementing the main dish beautifully. I tried the Pork Chop, which was cooked well but a bit salty for my taste. It might be perfect for those who enjoy a stronger flavor profile. To top off the meal, I indulged in the Caramel Cheesecake. It was simply amazing—rich, creamy, and the caramel added a wonderful touch. Overall, I highly recommend Char for its great food and lovely atmosphere. I look forward to returning to try more dishes! --

Located in a gorgeous restored and updated beach front home built in 1905. We use locally sourced farm fresh ingredients to serve a menu that changes daily with availability of fresh ingredients as well as with the changing seasons. We offer craft cocktails, local beers, an extensive list of fine spirits and wines paired with a dining experience that is second to none.

Austin Sumrall is the Chef and owner along with his wife, Tresse. He was classically trained at the Culinary Institute of America. White Pillars has been recognized and awarded in many state and national publications since its opening in 2017. Austin was crowned " King of American Seafood" in 2021 and nominated by the James Beard Foundation as a semi-finalist for "Best Chef South" in 2020. His specialty is keeping his menu fresh and ever changing with local ingredients and a worldly flare.

We were greeted with welcoming smiles as soon as we walked through the door. We were seated immediately. It was my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniversary. The table setting included rose petals and confetti, we enjoyed the special attention. The food was delicious and wine choices were excellent . The service was excellent.

Thirty-Two is always a great experience. We had a great view of the Back Bay from the top of the IP. The ambience was warm and inviting, the table was lovely, and we didn’t have to fight the music to have a conversation across the table. I had the Foie Gras and the Duet of Lamb which was amazing, and my wife had the Winter Saison Salad she raved about, and the Sweet Tea Brined Pork Rack Chop. Service was top notch as always. We had a relaxing and enjoyable dinner. Thirty-Two is a great place for special occasion.

As usual the food and service were the best! We always ask for a booth - nice and quiet. Unfortunately this time a loud group of women were very close by so we requested to be relocated. Due to reserved booths they moved us upstairs to the bar area. Still wonderful food and service. We highly recommend Vicari for an excellent dinner.
