The ambiance here is pretty cool. It has a very modern industrial look to it however the lighting is very dim. We are all in our 30’s and felt like we needed a reading light to see the menu lol. We did have a hard time finding the place but that’s consistent with every restaurant inside a casino in Vegas just make time for that if you have a reservation! We came here for breakfast. Our food was good. Nothing to write home about but overall good. Cons: The chicken (which is what they are known for) on all of our dishes wasn’t very crispy. It’s fried chicken so that was a little disappointing. the hash-browns look good but also weren’t crispy and flavor was 2/10. The Bloody Mary was good but seemed to have an off after taste. Pros: The mimosa with fresh squeezed orange juice was 10/10. Biscuits and gravy were delicious. Gravy had amazing flavor. The eggs were perfectly cooked, drinks were consistently refilled and empty plates removed in a timely manner. Our server was friendly and efficient. Overall it’s was a good experience.

Pampas is my go-to restaurant in Vegas! The meat and salad bar were fresh, well-presented, and delicious. The restaurant is tucked away in a different part of the hotel, away from the casino and restaurant area which makes it a very quiet venue. The service was prompt, courteous, attentive, and friendly. You really feel like you are at a high=end, fine dining establishment. With all those positives, I can address the food. There are so many other fine dining establishments in Las Vegas that having tried this place, once was enough. Starting with the seafood tower, it was the skimpiest of all the seafood towers on offer. The items were small, too few, and bland. The ceasars salad split with my companions was very good, and so was the lobster bisque. My French Onion had the appearance of a cheese sandwich floating on the soup, but the soup itself was tasty. Two of us had the rack of lamb, cooked medium which my companions said was very good, but didn't differ from other racks of lamb at other less premium places. My friend and I both had the 16 ounce rib eye, both asked to be cooked to medium rare. Surely, medium rare should have some juice when cut, but ours didn't. My pal said it was ok, he'd eat his, but I sent mine back, only to have another cut slightly better but not medium rare at all. At this point, all the others were already half way through the meal so I simply did not make a fuss. And to note the rib eyes had the quality of supermarket meats, not a high end restaurant. The sides ordered were all very well executed, as was dessert. So all in all, for the prices charged, it did not fit my definition of value for money, since I have spent just as much elsewhere and walked away feeling it was a good value. This is Las Vegas and there are so many other venues that serve similar fare, and much better quality and value. One and done with Hawthorn Grill, am afraid.

The music and Christmas atmosphere was magical. We sat under Christmas lights and could see the light show and some of the animaltronics from our table. People watching was good too. The Winter salad was tasty and seabass with miso sauce,asparagus n scalloped potatoes were the best I've had. It was the Christmas dinner. The prime rib was great too. We had a wonderful Christmas Eve here!

What a great way to start the New Year. It’s our family tradition to have a nice meal out on January 1st. We decided on MRKT and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and our server was excellent. Perhaps we could’ve asked for a better table but we weren’t that bothered. As for value, our bill was a tad pricey for the amount of food we received but the overall experience and quality made up for the price. It’s definitely worth going and you must not skip the warm, soft pretzel bread…. Delicious!!

Our experience reached well beyond our expectations. The ambiance was very energetic without our being overwhelming or annoying. For the 30 and over age group, this was definitely our vibe even though the younger crowd would love this atmosphere and food.
