They’re partly here for tableside theatre from an attention-grabbing duck press that makes Otto’s iconic canard à la presse possible. We really enjoyed our experience there and will go back next time we're in London. The Crackling Spinach was absolutely outstanding and one of the best vegetable dishes I've ever had. My obnly regret is that we didn't try more items on the menu, but we were so full we just couldn't eat another bite. The service was excellent and we felt very appreciated.

Visited the Savoy Grill with a friend, for his birthday, the service was attentive without being intrusive. Our waiter, Niko, was incredible and made us feel welcome. He gave us some recommendations, which we took and they did not disappoint. We had the Beef Wellington and it has converted my friend from a medium-well steak guy to a medium-rare steak guy. We had the Crepes to finish and Niko put on an amazing table-side show. We will be visiting again.

The food and service are exactly what you’d expect from a good Gastro pub, however, it doesn’t do much beyond that. You’d get just as good a meal at a Gastro pub nearby, but here, you’re paying at least £20 more per person for a roast that has a Michelin Star. Excellent, attentive service. They were also very accommodating to a variety of dietary requirements. Nothing was too much trouble. I notified them at the time of the booking, and they confirmed the requirements two days before. The food was excellent. We had several rounds of savouries and scones. I have experienced several London afternoon teas, and I would recommend Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. We celebrated my 50th birthday, so don't worry if it is an adult-only booking.

Dined on a Tuesday night and was warmly welcomed and offered a choice of tables. The service was friendly and knowledgeable but we had to prompt a few times to get attention and items. We ordered Calamari ( very tasty), Salmon Terrine (satisfying) , Oysters (overpriced at £4.40 each) which were average, Moules Mariniere (again overpriced at £26 ) which lacked that umph you expect from such a classic dish. We bought a bottle of Picpoul which hit the spot. No dessert. We paid £137 for 2 including 11.5% service. We enjoyed ourselves and the staff were very nice but I can’t see me rushing back as the food just didn’t have that wow I’m always looking for when I go out to dinner. Good luck to them.
