About the restaurant
Escape the chaos of city life and enter a social haven of comfort and warmth in the heart of Paddington, Central London. With rich, dark green walls, elaborate décor and plush banquette seating, Ayllu is a Japanese-Peruvian fusion restaurant serving contemporary sharing plates, sushi and innovative cocktails.

The cosy restaurant is built around the traditions of the Ayllu community of the Inca Empire. The Ayllu was a group of families that lived together, worked the land together and shared their belongings and mealtimes, just like a large family. Much like the Incan civilisation, Ayllu is about the coming together of friends and families and taking time to share an experience of great food and innovative cocktails with loved ones.

Drawing on the inspiration of the Ayllu community, the menu consists of innovative small plates, designed for the whole table to share. Traditional Peruvian flavours are paired with Japanese influences, bringing fresh and zesty aromas to each dish.

10/10, the service was excellent (Thanks to Azamat), as was the food and presentation. Furthermore, since I went with my wife and kids, everybody was happy with their choices, I had also the tuna tacos which was really good, try the Tiraditos which is a Peruvian crude dish, the salmon tatami was phenomenal. This is certainly one of the best restaurant with Peruvian cuisine in London.

Enjoy exceptional cuisine with an emphasis on cutting-edge British cuisine, prepared with the highest quality of fresh ingredients. This is fine dining but in a warm and friendly atmosphere, free of unnecessary formality. About the restaurant

British meals don’t get more classic than fish and chips. For young and old alike, the crunch of batter encasing tender fish together with a chunky chip dipped in ketchup is the ultimate heartwarming nod to comfort and nostalgia. Trust in Tom Kerridge to take the UK’s favourite dish to new heights at his eponymous restaurant.

On the menu created by one of the UK’s best-loved chefs, you’ll find Britain’s finest, freshest seafood, all ethically caught and hand-selected by local fishmongers. From the daily catch to hand-dived scallops and native lobster, there’s a variety of grilled and deep-fried options – with the chef’s signature crisp and gluten-free batter – that will have you salivating.

Desserts are equally classic, and reminiscent of seaside holidays.
