The food and service exceeded our expectations. Our experience with southern food was one that included heavily fried food but this was not the case at Pearls. The beignets were light and delicious. Our entrees, scallops pleasantly presented with squash and fresh carrots and the shrimp creole were excellent. The servers could not have been more accommodating and pleasant. We were celebrating our anniversary and were congratulated by the staff. We would highly recommend going to Pearls and will certainly return,
