Originally built in 1518, the building was the very first Guildhall in Windsor which was the meeting place for the Trinity Guild (the town traders) which since the 13th Century has provided the governing body for the town until it was turned into an inn & public house in 1689. There has been a pub on this site for almost 500 years and is one of the oldest establishments in the town, only a few of which are still standing.Located on Market Street, The Prince Harry is only 50 metres from Windsor Castle. We are proud of our part in Windsor history and continue to provide a traditional pub environment amongst the cobbles of the old town next to the historic Guildhall.Our menu includes traditional British favourites and all food is freshly cooked on-site, served from 12pm, to 5pm.We serve a fine Sunday roast until 6pm and we advise booking a table so that you can enjoy our traditional hospitality.     Went there with my daughter’s family, so three generations. Everything was perfect, especially the service. So we all enjoyed the lunch and the three generations were totally happy.

    The food is really good . The restaurant was really busy so the night we were in they had run out of the fish dishes . The menu is so good that we didn't feel like we were missing out . Would definitely recommend

    You cannot match the Settings or the view of this restaurant it’s incredible, it is located right on the river, and there is a partial view of Windsor castle, it took us, roughly 8 minutes to walk from the Castle to this restaurant. great selection of medium to full body wines, there’s also a good selection of other drinks, if you are not a wine drinker. To start, we have the French onion soup and Fougasse ( garlic bread). Both were delicious,, our family had the beef cheek Bourguignon, Paulette Breton and sirloin steak. The bourguignon had a thicker gravy then I perfer, but overall Our meal was delicious. The View and service were excellent… The ambience is very relaxing and peaceful, this was the perfect place to wind down after a busy day. I would discourage parents taking children who are tried and fussy.
