Last night, we had the pleasure of dining at Blanco, and it was truly an outstanding experience! I ordered the tamale, and it was an absolute culinary delight—perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. My mother-in-law opted for the hamburger, which was cooked to perfection and juicy in every bite. Our waiter was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and ensured our evening was perfect from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the ideal spot for a family dinner. We will definitely be dining here again. Highly recommend Blanco to anyone looking for fantastic food and great service!

Becky made the experience for the four of us VERY pleasant. She was attentive, cordial, was able to describe every menu item we asked about, and tempted us with dessert. My chicken parmesan was excellent: the crust was delicate and delicious, the chicken was satisfyingly juicy, and the rigatoni was covered with a white sauce that tasted like bits of ecstasy. The food was very good and the service even better. Tia was the best server ever!! She loves her job. It really shows!! Justin the manager is doing a great jobs it’s all the small touches that make this dining experience worth every penny!!! Thank you for making my wife’s birthday perfect!!

Great service! Staff was very kind and attentive, really phenomenal. Loved our waiter Joseph and the rest of the support staff. We had a fun experience. Food was good and presentation of the food was cute and thematic. It’s so much food, we didn’t get past the appetizers.
