Our Farm-to-Table Restaurant offers fresh food focused on local sourcing and home-made recipees. Our beef is raised in Holgate, OH and processed locally. The cheese on our boards is made from local, whole milk in Hicksville, OH. We use 100% California olive oil in our oil based dressings - it is not cut with canola/soy/vegetable oils. Our flatbreads come in at less than 30 carbs each. We are known for our cocktails, particularly our Old Fashioneds and our Seasonal Speicialty Drinks. Our building was constructed in 1871, was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2019 and completely renovated to expose it's historic lines and features in 2021. We always go with the special feature of the evening if offered. It is always spot on with flavor complexity. I had the Salmon special. It was delishious. Only thing I would change is an offering of a green leafy salad rather than ice berg lettuce.

The seasonal special of butternut squash ravioli with lobster was amazing! We also enjoyed our usual favorites- gnocchi with vodka sauce, sausage flatbread. The winter white wine was delicious, especially when warmed! Always a great evening at Cooper's Hawk!

Overall very good. I always get the steak salad. Sometimes it is excellent and sometimes okay. Yesterday the flavor was great but it seemed a little fatty for a filet. The service was good. I will definitely go back and I would recommend.
