Daniel Berg is the Cofounder of Bill’s Oyster and Teddy’s Restaurant & Bar. Berg started his culinary career in New York, where he was also born and raised. Daniel attended the French Culinary Institute (NYC) as well as La Scuola Di Cucina (Colorno, IT). After completing culinary school he began working for critically acclaimed and James Beard award–winning Chef Andrew Carmellini. Amazing from service, to food to ambiance. Went early to request a specific table by the water, Cyd was great. Then had to change the time, she made it happen. Upon arrival, Justin had many great detailed menu tips and recommendations. We had 3 apps and split the Salmon; we loved it all!
