The fish boil kettle is brought to a boil over an open fire… when the fish is cooked to perfection, a small amount of kerosene is poured into the base of the fire. The result?     Service and food was outstanding with generous portions. Salmon was done perfectly and served with multi colored carrots. Risotto was also very good along with asparagus and grilled chicken. Several fireplaces in view created a nice warm atmosphere. Highly recommend for a special occasion!

    Great meal! This is our second time eating at Chop. It has been a couple years but it was just as good as we remembered. We got in town in time to get the early dinner menu which is a great value. I had the Beef Burgundy and my husband had the filet. Both were delicious and cooked perfectly. A great start to our Door County weekend.

    Last night, I ordered the ribeye from Oddfellows. Thoroughly flavorful, salted, gently, and evenly all the way through, tender, and as fatty as I love this cut to be. The chef grilled it beautifully medium rare (as requested).... compliments to the Chef. The professional table service was equally fantastic. Enjoy!

    I was disappointed in my grilled shrimp. My husband liked his ribeye but it was not pink and he ordered it medium rare. Did not like that we didn’t have a choice in potatoes. Ordered crab Rangoon for appetizer & it was delicious.
