I was pleasantly surprised by Carmine’s given its location in a tourist area. The pasta was cooked al dente and chicken parm still had its crisp from the fryer and just enough sauce. Portions are for 2-4 ppl. Service was very attentive. Highly recommend for a family or group meal.

Kazon was our server and he made our experience perfect. His timing on taking care of myself and my guests, along with his suggestions were brilliant. A must visit anytime of the year, but especially special during the holidays. We did dress for the occasion, and I highly recommend doing so. You experience a level of fine dining while being accompanied by fellow guests with the same taste, it’s a lovely way to slow time down in the busy hustle of Manatan❤️

Had dinner as a party of 8 for my partner’s 50th birthday. The meal was wonderful from appetizers to desserts, there wasn’t a single item not enjoyed. I originally chose Blu due to the diverse menu and they delivered great food across the range from sushi to chicken parm.

The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh, flavorful seafood prepared to perfection. Every dish was well-balanced and beautifully presented. The drinks were equally impressive, perfectly complementing the meal. What truly stood out was the service—absolutely top-notch. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail was perfect throughout the evening. If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience with great food, drinks, and a gorgeous setting, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!
