Restaurants near Washington Boulevard Building

Great food, atmosphere, and service! Maybe a little too good this time. I usually gat a chance to enjoy my salad and then flip over my card that tells the meat servers when I am ready for meat. The restaurant was not very busy. So almost immediately after I returned from the salad buffet the carvers were at our table of 10. Due to me liking to take my time and eat it felt a little rushed but that’s just my opinion. The server, the carvers, and everyone else were GREAT! And took great care of my family!

We were happy to be seated as soon as we came in for our reservation. The food was delicious. Nadiyah was our waitress and she was fantastic and very attentive.  I will give it a 10 out of 10.

Everything was flawless .. the service from the original reservation was perfect. I made the mistake of booking 1 day in advance only for a party of 1 and I called 2 hours prior to reservation and they were able to accommodate last minute. Valet parking was super easy. 15 dollars. We had zero wait for our table - we were right on time. Our servers were Julie and Armando - both very personable, and knowledgeable and attentive. I appreciate the way the servers push the upsells and recommend drinks back to back. The food was incredible - Caesar salads table side, shrimp diavolo, surf and turf, and lamb chops. All cooked perfectly and presented well. We both ordered 3 drinks a piece. Awesome drinks, unique and taste great. The owner/operator stopped at the table to make sure we were good, had a conversation with me and made us feel very welcome. They charge 20% for service as a policy - and I still tipped an additional 10% on the bill because the quality of service and food, and experience eclipsed price. Great job Sexy Steak

The restaurant is excellent, and should definitely be considered for a combination of ambience, location in downtown Detroit, food, and especially service (Rasool was excellent). The calamari was outstanding and one of the best we've ever had. We split the short ribs, and it was plenty, especially with dessert afterwards. A must try.

I loved the ambiance…I loved the booth setting ❤️ our drinks were amazing. We enjoyed the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls and the table side blt salad.My crab cakes were so fresh and the Chilean Sea Bass was to die for .. first time trying sea bass😊We most definitely will be back for happy hour ‼️
