Restaurants near Wardlaw-Smith House

First time dining here and the wine menu is very extensive! The food was very good but a tad pricey for what you are getting. Next time back I think the chef specials or the flatbreads are the way to go for the value! Very satisfied!

The food was fantastic and a great Valentine’s dinner. The Prix Fixe menu was wonderful, and the veal Wellington was so tender and delicious. Service is great. This is a wonderful gem of a restaurant.

Everything was great, food , drinks, service. The only complaint I have is that it’s always SO noisy there. I may be wrong but I consider this a nice romantic restaurant especially on Valentines Day evening, I am all in for people having fun and enjoying themselves, but just wish they would consider other people are there for a nice quiet romantic dinner especially on Valentine Day/evening., and maybe a proposal or something as such. If you want to have a noisy dinner then maybe this isn’t the right place for the night for you and your guests, especially with the 2 tables right on each side of us. Both had groups of 6 each. Just my opinion. Love coming here.

We had a lovely Valentines Day dinner! We really appreciated how accommodating the restaurant and our server, Wendy, were since we had our 4 year old with us. She had a great experience and so did we, thank you!

Excellent service, food was great and waiting staff was very attentive. The restaurant was clean. Sure it’s somewhat outdated decor but we didn’t notice it much. We’ll be back!
