First... Waiter Adam C was outstanding!!!!! My husband had the Chilean Sea Bass and I had the Sanibel Chicken... both delicious. Mashed potatoes on mine was lukewarm and the broccoli was very chewy which most people would like but I like mine fork tender! I would still have again asking for more potatoes and no broccoli. We asked about bread and Adam said it was only on request only now. They may start charging for it or take it off altogether. That is sad in either case.

Had a reservation for Valentine’s Day , they got us right in and had a table set aside on the outside deck even though there were many walk ups. Food was excellent, as was the waitstaff!!!! Breathtaking sunset as well! Book it!!!

Very nice Valentines dinner ! We both had Ruth Chris Classic Filet and lobster and up graded to scalloped potato and loaded baked potato. We also had steak house chopped salad ($5) up charge and I had regular steakhouse salad with lemon Basil dressing. We decided we didn’t really have to upgrade on the potatoes. I think the garlic mashed would have been just as nice. The steak and Lobster were both delicious and the salads were so different and yummy also! The server was super friendly and paced our dinner perfectly. He suggested one of the special cocktails and the chocolate sin cake and both of his suggestions were right on ! Very nice dinner overall. We have been to the Wailea Ruth Chris several times and we always have a good experience. We forgot to reserve a booth this time. If you go there I would suggest doing that unless you are with a larger party. More romantic 🥰

Superb dinner, served with care, in a modern streamlined setting. Enjoyed the unique preparations of food, and sauces, which were perfect for celebrating our visit to Hawaii. Many family groups as well as couples. Lots of conversation as people enjoyed the food and each other. The staff were warm and a highly effective team. You do not select Lineage for the view or the architecture. The surroundings are just the backdrop that fall away as darkness comes and the food and conversation take center stage and dazzle.

We sat outside - close to the water. Got a great sunset dinner experience and watched the whales jumping on the shore. (They were everywhere). Great service from Piale (sounds like Pele) he’s been mentioned several times in reviews and he didn’t disappoint! Food was incredible. It was an unforgettable experience!
