Rooftop bar serving craft cocktails and seasonal cuisine 15 floors above downtown in the AC Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk. Our food menu at 1 Watson includes Texas-inspired items such as smoked brisket tacos as well as three varieties of tostadas. We were pleasantly surprised! Right in the Riverwalk, obviously a popular place, but everything works well! Food was delicious, our server was cute, gracious, and attentive. Even though we mixed up our reservation they found a table for two on a busy Saturday night. No complaints. We'll be back.

The food was excellent the portions were good the only complaint I had is I had to send my Lobster bisque back because it was getting cold when I got it when I got my swordfish it was delicious but again it was getting cold too. I would go back. Thanks Stan
