Restaurants near Victorian Square Mall

We arrived early for our reservation (Christmas Day) and we were immediately seated. Our server, Alicia, was fantastic! Didn't rush us, refilled drinks often, packaged up our leftovers for us at the table. The food was outstanding! The chicken parmigiana was the best we had ever tasted! Order it. We had appetizer, salads, entrees and dessert. The chocolate mousse was awesome. Everything was expertly prepared and tasted wonderful.

Our meal was delicious, cooked perfectly and beautifully presented. Our server Shelby and her assistant Katie took excellent care of us and made us feel welcomed. The highlight of the evening was having the manager D.J. check on us throughout our appetizers and entrees. We are looking forward to another dinner at Jeff Ruby's soon! The service was outstanding for our meals. We had the Sir Barton that was cooked to perfection. I had the chicken which I understand is odd at a steak house but they didn’t disappoint as it retained its flavor and juices. We had mushrooms, Mac and cheese followed with the Yukon gold mashed. The Mac and cheese could have been more flavorful but somehow missed the mark. Overall it was a great meal.

Outstanding all around. The scallop dish was delicious. The paprika cream sauce was inventive and worked well with the large and tender scallops. Compliments to the chef! The salmon entree was equally delicious—though my husband likes his salmon well-done—the chef cooked it to perfection (in my opinion). Maybe inquire regarding preference upon ordering? Attentive service and lovely ambience contributed to a delightful experience.

Grabbed lunch at ItalX and had their meatball sandwich—so good! The meatballs were super flavorful, the sauce was spot-on, and the bread was fresh and perfectly toasted. Portion was solid, and the staff was really friendly.
