Jack Timmons grew up in Texas and has lived in Seattle for over three decades. In 2012, he attended BBQ Summer Camp at the Meat Sciences department of Texas A&M, then toured many historic barbecue temples of Central Texas. An excellent lunchtime experience. Exceeded our expectations with original and innovation flavors. Delicious dishes with high quality ingredients and tasteful presentation. Not precious "tweezer" style food but cuisine that feels familiar. Deceptively different in the best of ways. It is difficult to describe what the food is like since it is so unique.

This is a really fun place to come with family. We had between ages 10 in grandkids to oldest grandson in his 30s plus parents and grandma. Everyone has their favorites at BJs and of course a couple of the kids come just for pizzokies.
