Canyon Kitchen uses local produce and organic selections from our own community gardens and the surrounding area to source our creative Appalachian cuisine.     This was our 3rd time dining here- the setting, service, and food were exceptional. We most enjoyed the charcuterie board as a starter- delicious cheeses, smoked trout, sopressa,etc. We both had steaks- cooked perfectly with the delicious center and just the right amount of outside flavorful crisp. Loved the romantic low light, beautiful decor, attentive service and 2 cocktails as well- Manhattan and dirty martini- both well done by the bartender!

    The gorgeous views are part of the draw to Oak Steakhouse, and even though it was a foggy, rainy night, the Oak stood out for service, delicious cocktails and outstanding food. Trevor, our server was attentive and courteous. Don’t skip the bread service!

    The valentines fixed menu was 9 courses of shear bliss! Every course was better than the last. The atmosphere was very elegant, and the server was extremely attentive, the food was phenomenal. My wife and I couldn't recommend this restaurant any more, a must try if you are int he Clayton / Dillard area!
