Restaurants near Unlimited Luxury Villas Puerto Vallarta

One of our favorite restaurants in Vallarta. Great food and usually good service.

This is hands down my favorite dining experience of all time. (And that’s saying a lot, because I live in a foodie city.) Everything about La Negra is top notch, including the service, food and ambiance. The staff is welcoming, warm and genuine. They anticipate your needs before you need to ask. The restaurant runs like a well-oiled machine. The staff is in synch, and they are happy! They never appear to be stressed about the number of tables they have, and the building is very well staffed. The guacamole is to die for, so don’t skip it! I love this place so much that I’m choosing to dine here for the majority of my vacation. The freshest, most delicious food one could hope for!

The service level is something other restaurants should aspire to. Superlative flavors and presentation. When we made the reservation, we went in thinking this is "just another burger joint" catering to guests from the northern border who are not so adventurous gastronomically. We were so pleasantly surprised at the creativity of the chef, who made each dish shine with complex flavors and sophistication, every bite a culinary delight. To top it off, we were seated at the exact table we requested, and got to watch a spectacular sunset. Thank you OpenTable and Custom Burger for an evening that shall remain an indelible memory.

We enjoyed our dinner very much. It was perfection

Overall we had a good meal and experience but the waiter did not manage the timing of the meal. So as were barley finishing the appetizers they brought the mains. It felt very rushed and we didn't have time to relax and enjoy it. My advice - do not order the main until after the appetizer.
