- TTinaVIPOrange County •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoOur server was wonderful! He knew all about the decor and had great facts! They were also very accommodating. The smaller room got really cold, since people were leaving, so I asked if we can move to the big room, which had more people and was warmer. They looked into it and was able to grant the request. I was sad that the raviolis were sold out. We both had the lamb burgers. They were amazing! Would recommend!More infoChurch and Union - CharlestonPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown Charleston•4.5

- LLindaCharlotte •6 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe all enjoyed our entrees (lunch): seafood platter, grilled fish sandwich, smothered burger. The fried pickles and okra were a great way to start the meal. Service was fast and our waitress was very attentive.More infoPort of Call - Food & BrewPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown Charleston•4.5
- SBSarahBWest Palm Beach •6 reviews5.0Dined on Oct 11, 2024Let me start by saying Mike is an incredible host, server, chef, and historian. This was a one of a kind experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a unique culinary experience in Charleston. While it is not a conventional restaurant, Mike takes you on a culinary journey of 18th and 19th century low country cuisine, keeping things as authentic as possible while still appealing to our modern palates. Each dish was carefully crafted and thoughtfully prepared. The table was full of strangers, but we all got to chat and listen to Mike’s wonderful presentation of Charleston history to go along with each dish. Our specific meal was centered around Legacy families of Charleston, so we enjoyed dishes each family would have also enjoyed. Mike deserves all of the attention and reservations he can handle. As he says, he’s one of Charleston’s best kept secrets, and I believe that to be true because I had a fantastic experience.More infoHistoric Charleston Supper ClubPrice: Very Expensive• American• Downtown Charleston•4.6
