At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled.     We were seated on time with our dinner reservation. We opted to sit outside which was a beautiful evening overlooking the Intracoastal waterway. The service was timely and the waiter was friendly enough. Everyone enjoyed their selection of entrees and we indulged in the flan and the guava turnover for dessert which was delectable. We were glad we chose to sit outside because we noticed the noise level inside was quite loud. We have been to the Columbia Restaurant numerous times and the food quality and taste remains consistent. Always enjoyable.

    The Bruschetta & Caprese salad, Lamb chops, Chicken Picatta, Carbonara & Shrimp in creamy butter sauce were all TOP CLASS, FINE DINING food. All main courses served with perfectly cooked fresh vegetables & truffle potatoes. The value for money for the quality of food, you will not find elsewhere in Clearwater.

    We had a fantastic Christmas meal. The grouper special was done perfectly. Dining outside in December is the best and they had heaters running to keep it toasty and comfortable. ClearSky never disappoints!

    Our server, Tony was wonderful with tips, recommendations and of course service. we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. The food was awesome, we all had the lobster tails. for dessert try the Brandy Alexander. This is our new favorite place to dine.
