Our Chef’s take inspiration from Billy Madison who drew a blue duck because he had never seen one before, and he wanted to see a blue duck! Well, since our chefs love classic Adam Sandler humor and innovative cooking, we thought that Bleu Duck was the perfect name to showcase our fun environment and staff as well as our unique and creative menu.     The food is excellent and prices are amazingly inexpensive for whats served. Whats good? Everything I have eaten there. Walleye dishes include preperation other than deep fried. Choices like with wine and garlic sauce, and portions are large. For $23, it's amazing. Most places in Rochester charge 27 to $30 for deep fried. I have eaten there a number of times and it has always been fantastic.

    This is our second Christmas Brunch at the Charmant. I chose this restaurant again as I was so impressed with last year’s Christmas Brunch. I believe the menu was the same this year but my wife and I tried different items. We enjoyed our time again and will probably make it again next year. The cornmeal pancakes were delicious! I had a side of ham which left me wanting more! My wife had the Charmant Breakfast with sausage links. She was very pleased with the scrambled eggs, sausage links and GF toast. I couldn’t finish my corn meal pancakes so took the remainder home. I’m not as big of an eater as I once was. The two pancakes for me were quite filling.

    Pappy's has been one of our favorite restaurants for years. Sheila and Chris provide a welcoming environment with updated decor that's classy and fresh. Their staff is friendly, providing great service. The menu has a mix of classic and new items with daily specials. Always good food!
