We extend our gratitude to every individual who contributed to the impeccable service that evening. From the thoughtful seating arrangement overlooking a vibrant display of fresh seafood, seasonal vegetables, and fruits to the attentive service that paired our meal with a delightful bottle of Petit Chablis Blanc, every detail was expertly curated. The evening culminated in a celebratory dessert of Greek yogurt, elegantly garnished with pomegranate seeds and mint—a perfect ending to a remarkable experience. Our meal began with house-made bread and olive oil, complemented by a refreshing tomato salad as an appetizer. For the main course, we enjoyed expertly grilled Balada fish accompanied by steamed broccoli and succulent lamb chops. Everything was excellent and staff very attentive and professional! Loved the grilled octopus 24 oz porterhouse (Alberta aged beef) lobster mac was very good as well. No complaints whatsoever!! Keep up the great service and great food!

The service stands out as the thing that made this most enjoyable, the staff were amazing and that is quite an accomplishment because it was a very busy night. Food of course was also good but what we expected from Earls.
