Restaurants near Tinkers Creek State Park

Lindley was a superb waitress. Helpful in selecting our wine, we took 4 different entrees based on her recommendations and all were excellent. She was very attentive with just the right amount of table interaction for our table of six. Definitely will be putting Orchid House on one of our favorites.

I've never had a bad meal at Rosewood Grill and this was no exception. Everything was very good to excellent. I think the best were the sushi shots starts - I could have eaten a dozen of them. The least exciting were the desserts - pretty much the same as everyone does: chocolate cake, creme Brulé and cheesecake; how about something a little more unique. Service was excellent, maybe slightly less attentive than usual, but they were very busy.

We had the salmon blackened and the prime rib. Both dishes were very good, especially the salmon. Cheesecake for dessert with chocolate topping was nice ending to meal. Piano music by Stephen plus the Christmas decorations made for a wonderful ambiance. This is our 3rd Christmas Eve visit and hope to continue this tradition.

We had a great time today. Everyone worked as a team to make our experience great - from the hostess to the wait staff (several waitresses teamed up to take care of us) - and the food was great. I hadn't been there in awhile...but we'll come back soon.

Louder than normal - lots of people celebrating the holidays. Service and food excellent as always! Staff handles a packed house beautifully!
