Restaurants near The Villager Inn

To say that our experience was outstanding is an understatement. Our server, Jen, was terrific and remembered us from our visit there in the summer. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the wine and menu options which change daily; a very unique feature for a restaurant. Items that we would highly reccomend would be the Burrata, the Fish, and the Sticky Toffee Pudding. We never felt rushed and were able to really enjoy our evening. Thank you again to Jen, who truly made our experience memorable.

We had the four course meal and enjoyed every bite! Appreciated all the little touches such as the mini cookies with candles (we were celebrating many milestones last evening) and the offer to take pictures by our server in front to the Christmas tree. Even though we were the last patrons of the night, we never once felt rushed. A great experience!

As always, great service! Jenna is always very attentive and friendly, as is Ashley. They were very busy but both managed to check on us to ensure everything was fine! Thank you Ladies!!

What an extraordinary culinary experience!! Incredible! Food was mouth watering with an one of a kind upscale menu. Cheers to the chef! We were completely spoiled. Personalized service and the wine of course is always delish at Mission Hill. Would absolutely recommend this dining evening!!

Longshots steakhouse was very good. We ski every year at Apex and the last two years we have noticed that the Gunbarrel saloon has disappointed us. We used to look forward to the Gunbarrel but this year and last year the food took a long time during lunch time to get to us and the food quality and selection has gotten worse. There was a private event in the other dining room on Wednesday around noon which was probably the cause of the slow food service. Please block tables if the chefs can’t keep up with the food preparations. My wife and I almost cancelled our Longshot’s reservation due to the decline of the Gunbarrel saloon. To be specific, out meals at the Gunbarrel on Wednesday 21 Feb were not very good (Fried chicken sandwich and the French Dip sandwich).
