Amazing experience! From the moment you walk in the door you know you have arrived a wonderful journey. Food service and did I say service! Don’t pass this one up

Always a spectacular meal. Everything was delicious. I love that there are always memorable specials. I had a dozen perfectly chilled oysters with a jalapeño granita that were amazing. The butternut squash soup was perfectly balanced. We had the roast pork and salmon and a new chocolate dessert that consisted of cookies, ice-cream , an ice-cream sandwich and chocolate rice crispies with candied orange. The service was perfect as usual. My top restaurant choice in Connecticut.

our 1st brunch at Gioia & of course it didn’t disappoint. So many great dishes it’s hard to choose - so we got a lot - haha. Must try’s - Cacio e pepe scrambled eggs, the Breakfast Sandwich, Eggs Benedict. They had a beef checks hash special - if they have it - GET IT! so much more to try across their menus - we’ll be back.

Came here for my husbands birthday and was so impressed. We don’t get out often, but im so happy we came. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, staff was warm and welcoming, food was wonderful! They even had a pianist playing music and singing which was a really nice touch. He played everything from Billy Joel to Elton John to Frank Sinatra. He even started off with “fly me to the moon” which ironically was our wedding song. It was tasteful and classy, not disruptive. The wait staff was attentive and our glasses never got near empty. The atmosphere was so relaxing. We were able to have a conversation. We started with the eggplant tower which was amazing, and they even brought us a complementary bruschetta app while we waited. I had the jumbo shrimp and scallop dinner, which was wonderful. My husband has the surf and turf, which he thought was tasty and well done. I also think for the ambiance and the food quality as well as the service, the price was also fair. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant, and I look forward to coming back whenever we have the chance to get a night out again!

I go to Heirloom quite a bit. Sometimes lunch. Sometimes dinner. The place is lovely and the food, although better than average really could be better. I find the menu somewhat limited. More offerings would be nice. I’m a “2 starters” person who is partial to Burrata and tuna tartare. The Burrata served here has totally unnecessary wild greens of some sort and grilled squash, also a distraction. How about more tomatoes, fresh basil, larger Burrata and some fabulous balsamic vinegar? As for tuna tartare, not on the menu. Work on the menu a bit to come up to the caliber of the place!
