iSLAS means Islands, a Filipino restaurant located in Parkdale, Toronto. The name “iSLAS” represents the 7,641 islands that make up the Philippines. Filipino cuisine is a blend of Austronesian, Malay, Chinese, Spanish, American, and indigenous influences. The flavors are a combination of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy. New additions to the menu (specifically the Tuna salad) was amazing. Will definitely order again. It's a busy place and quite large - great for a group gathering. Experienced team from the Eatons Centre location has made the opening (I am sure) easier - great to see Crystal. New team member (Natalie) as server was lovely, attentive, well trained in team culture. Will definitely be back.
