The Story of Josephine’sThe story of Josephine’s begins during our executive chef Daniel LeBoon’s childhood. At eight years old, working for his father’s catering company, Daniel discovered a passion for food. This love — and undeniable talent — saw him intern at Philadelphia’s prestigious Le Bec-Fin. He went on to work in Paris at the venerable Hotel Vernet working under the renowned chef’s Alain Solvere and Alain Ducasse. First time to Josephine’s for a Special dinner out before the holidays. Food and our server Nate were wonderful and we will return. One word of caution-happy hour at the bar is 4:30-6:30 and it was crowded and extremely noisy. The Hostess seated us next to the bar and we couldn’t hear ourselves talking. After returning to the hostess she moved us to a quieter table away from the bar area. Very accommodating and she totally agreed. Looking forward to returning
