- CClareLondon •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoA really enjoyable evening in delightful surroundings. The service was friendly and efficient and the food very good. The mezza and meat skewers were the favourites as was the generous serving of baklava. Can also recommend the rhubarb cocktails! We sat at a round table which was perfect for conversation.More infoOPA Greek RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Greek• Windermere•4.5

The rustic decor and friendly chatter create the perfect setting “The staff were attentive and approachable, ensuring we felt welcome from the moment we walked in. Our server, was knowledgeable and quick to make recommendations “The star of our meal was the classic Royal Burger. It's a hearty burger, packed with flavour. “we had no room for dessert"! “The pub boasts an impressive array of craft beers and ales. Also speciality coffee's. We had a 'Baileys Latte'. Would definatley. Recommend this “For the quality and portions, the prices were reasonable. It’s a great spot for a meal that doesn’t break the bank.” To Sum it up “Whether you’re after a hearty meal or a casual drink with friends, The Royal delivers on all fronts. It’s a gem worth revisiting.”More infoThe RoyalPrice: Moderate• Pub• Bolton-le-Sands•4.6

- DDavidCumbria •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 18, 2024The Pour House is hands down one of the best spots in Whitehaven! I popped in with some friends, and we were blown away. The atmosphere is just perfect – cozy, stylish, and full of good vibes. The cocktails are on another level. You can tell the bartenders really know their stuff because every drink we had was spot on. They’ve got a great selection of drinks, and the food was absolutely delicious too – everything we ordered was full of flavor and beautifully presented. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so friendly and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. They gave great recommendations and made us feel really looked after. Honestly, if you’re in Whitehaven, you’ve got to check this place out. Whether it’s for a quick drink or a proper night out, The Pour House has it all. I can’t wait to go back! Definitely a five-star experience.More infoThe Pour HousePrice: Moderate• Unspecified• Whitehaven•4.9
