The rustic and charming seaside town is a backdrop for a memorable winery experience.Skagit Cellars is a multi-award-winning, family-owned and operated winery. We started making wine in the garage as a hobby back in 2008, but for Winemaker Mark Hulst, it quickly became a passion. By 2012 Skagit Cellars began commercially producing wine. Within a year our wines began winning awards at local, national, and international wine competitions.We select only the finest grapes from the Chelan and Columbia Valleys and use a natural process during production. Currently, 80% of fruit is sourced from Lake Chelan AVA. We are a high-low, fine-casual concept making simple, seasonal American cuisine inspired by the culinary traditions of Italy, France, & Spain. Expect to see dishes that you are used to seeing at fancy restaurants & some you would typically find at a drive-thru or dive bar. but they all are served on a plate from Goodwill. Our menus are ever-changing, not just by the season but by the day. we embrace change, creativity & inspiration every chance we get.For groups of 2 people, we recommend ordering 4-6 dishes from the three sections of the menu (depending on how hungry you are!). for example - 2 snacks, 1 small share plate, & 1 large share plate.The food is designed to be enjoyed family-style.     Late reservation Friday, weekend before Christmas. Scallops as an app, amazing! Out of prime, no problem ordered the ribeye, the other half was on the fence anyway. Delicious as usual, ordered crabcakes with our entree as an afterthought. There were a few holiday parties happening so it was loud, fun, definitely a good time. Chocolate cake for desert it was amazing! Our server was wonderful i forgot her name though...The crab cakes were unexpectedly comped, that was a very nice surprise.

    We liked the gem salad, rye bread, carrots, and duck confit. The mushroom dish was flavorful but heavier on lentils than mushrooms. The tuna in the crudo was a bit fishy. Overall a nice meal in B-ham. Cocktails nice though wine selection limited.

    While it "seems" expensive, in a way it's actually a bargain if you consider that many costlier restaurants don't serve food that is as good as Carnal. Flavor so good it becomes indelible in your memory.
