We were slightly early for a reservation and waited less than 5 minutes to sit. It takes a minute for main courses to come out so be prepared to stay longer than you would at a chain restaurant. It’s a great place for dates or celebrations or girls lunch. We do birthday lunches with the girls here a lot. The coffee is great. Kat herself always comes by the table to check on us, her father does as well. Leanne was our server as she has been on our previous visits; she is a delight, very friendly and witty, and very attenuative to our needs! Definitely a 5-star dining experience in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma!
