I initially felt a sense of hospitality on the phone when making a reservation; that hospitality was reinforced throughout the evening by the genuine warmth and confidence of the chef and staff. They are on top of their game and it shows. The menu is a superlative exploration of the chef's Italian Riviera background. It relies heavily on locally caught seafood and light (almost simplistic) compositions that skillfully accent the flavors of the high quality ingredients… Paradiso absolutely earned its stars. Not because of the meticulously clean and organized restaurant, nor the expert service, or even the amazing food and drink. Vini and managing staff are always on point here. Food quality is great and the decor and ambiance is on point. Shame the train is so noisy but if u sit inside u dont hear it. I will say cork fee is absurd here at $65 for a bottle- most places are $50 or less.

I have been to the Hive for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food and service is always excellent. Nate and Yolanda are excellent servers. They are profession, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the Hive.
