Located in the Heart of Sonoma Valley, Loxton Cellars is a working winery surrounded by 5 acres of estate vineyard. It is the intent of owner/winemaker, Chris Loxton, to produce handcrafted wines, made without compromise, that show balance and a sense of place. Wine tastings (no food) are currently offered by reservation and take place outdoors allowing guests to enjoy a lineup of handcrafted wines while taking in breathtaking views of the Mayacamas mountain range. Tastings are $20/person, include a flight of 5 wines and offer a casual and educational experience. In the event of rain we do have you covered, but it can be a bit chilly this time of year so we suggest bringing layers.     The drinks were beautiful and done well. The handmade pasta ravioli with lobster, ricotta and lemon was phenomenal as well as the salmon. Enjoyed sharing the mixed berry shortcake with vanilla bean ice cream ( not too sweet ); delightful. The servers were personable, knowledgeable, attentive without being disruptive. Enjoyed our window seat to car and people watch while we dined. We’ll be back :-)

    Great Valentine’s Day menu. Best food I’ve had @ Salt & Stone to date. The filet & lobster tail were cooked to perfection. Butterscotch bread pudding was pure magic.

    We had a wonderful time dining and experiencing the beautiful four course meal. The cured trout and halibut were highlights, but everything was outstanding and perfectly plated. The chai creme brûlée was so fresh and the perfect way to end our meal. The service was incredible and everyone was so kind. Can’t wait to go back!

    We are visiting St Helena for the month. What a find Cook waas. A very small storerfront with small tables and wonderful food. We had the Ministrone sop, my wife thoght it was the best she ever had, the risotto special was fantastic and my wifes cavatelli was spectactular. Highly recommended!!!
