We are seriously passionate about patties and are based in Bourton-On-The-water, also known as ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’. Our restaurant sits circa 30 guests making it a small, exclusive place to come and eat. Since opening, we have made it our mission to get our hands on the best possible ingredients. We also use dry aged beef with a great fat content supplied by Aubrey Allen, which marries up with our strong, unique flavour combinations giving you the ultimate bite! We cant forget about or delightful buns, which are handmade daily by a wonderful local baker. All the flour used for our buns is made up of Cotswold flour sourced from local farmers. The food was absolutely delicious as always, the service friendly and helpful. However, the noise level of the music was intolerable at the first table we were shown to; the ladies already sitting there had given up on trying to converse with each other. The waiter showed us to another table, equally noisy, and then to a third which was slightly better, a little further away from the speakers, but we still had to shout to hear each other. I'm all for a lively atmosphere, and it would have been great in a nightclub, but for friends trying to talk to each other over a pleasant meal, it really was too much. A great pity, as I'm a big fan of Pho.

I took my daughter for her birthday. She was given a card and a glass of crémant which I thought was delightful. The food was very delicious and the service was very good. I’m sorry I don’t live near a Cote Brasserie but shall return next time I am in Cheltenham
