- NNadiaLondon •6 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoOur third visit to Tartan Fox, this time with family. The food always surprises on the upside. People expect pub grub and it’s quite a step up from your average local! Service was excellent. Attentive and friendly. In all, it’s very good value for money at c£22 per main course (with side dishes extra). Many places in Newquay would charge the same for far inferior cuisine. There were extra heaters in place, which were welcome.More infoThe Tartan Fox by Adam HandlingPrice: Expensive• British• Newquay•4.8
- LLeeNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoReally had a good time here , friendly welcoming and attentive team of staff. The restaurant looks great , contemporary and fantastic views over Charleston harbour and with an excellent vibrant atmosphere. Our meals were simply superb, very high quality produce used especially the steaks. This has become a family Christmas tradition now because we all enjoy it here so much. Thanks to all the team there.More infoThe Longstore, CharlestownPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• St. Austell•4.6
- SSteveCornwall •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoExcellent service. It was a birthday celebration for my wife. She was greeted with a complimentary glass of bubbles which she really appreciated. Unfortunately the evening was cut short as I had a medical episode, however the staff were very helpful and caring- both to myself and my wife. I can't thank them enough. We will definitely be going back- especially as we missed out on the dessert!More infoSpringtide, CharlestownPrice: Moderate• Seafood• St. Austell•4.7
- MMichaelaLondon •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 21, 2024What a beautiful place to eat. The building has been wonderfully restored and the food was gorgeous. A shout out to the bartender who made the most delicious Appletini I’ve ever had! The staff were attentive but not overbearing - they couldn’t have been more friendly. We started in the champagne bar before moving to The Chapel to eat, and then retired to a private lounge for after-dinner coffee.. All in all an excellent evening; we’ve already booked our return!More infoThe ChapelPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary British• Bodmin•4.2
- SSueDevon •3 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 21, 2024Thought we were able to have Christmas menu but you were supposed to prebook it. OpenTable let me book table but didn’t offer to let me pre book. The staff were very apologetic but our guest was most upset. I would say it was the Saturday before Christmas and it was so quite and no background music playing, which was a shame.More infoSt Tudy InnPrice: Very Expensive• British• Bodmin•4.4
