The Ghost Light Inn’s restaurant, Stella, is inspired by local ingredients from the region’s best farmers and artisans.     We had an excellent dinner on Christmas Eve with outstanding service. The prices for for food were quite reasonable, with several entree selections available in the 20s. Bottles of wine were a bit expensive but overall great value and a wonderful evening!

    Once again a delicious meal and probably the best service we've ever had there! Sarah was absolutely AMAZING and so very considerate as we were celebrating my husband's birthday! She definitely went the extra mile to make EVERYTHING absolutely perfect! Totally enjoyed our experience on an extremely busy night December 23rd! Thank you for all the efforts!

    One of the best restaurants in Central NJ. An outstanding chef with innovative interpretations served by an extremely personal staff in a very unassuming environment. We have been dining here for many years and never fail to be surprised by the menu creations . We drive 25 miles to dine here but the distance never stops us. A Hopewell, NJ gem.
