Our waitress was on point. Professional, knowledgeable, charming. 10/10 The meat and delivery to the table was excellent. The wait staff answered all questions and knew the product. The meat itself was succulent and delicious. 10/10 The salad bar was a nice display and contained an offering of hot and cold food. This too, was tasty. My only suggestion would be the chafing dishes on the hot side of the salad bar were of the generic industrial type that kind of brought down the ambiance of such a wonderfully designed experience and establishment. The salad bar is a solid 9/10. I will be going back.
