Restaurants near Starrucca Viaduct

Went to watch a Bills playoff game. Got a decent table. Everything was decent except- prices for drinks aren't listed... $12 for a mixed drink (friend ordered 5 of them and they tasted different every time she got one). Other than the outrageous price on drinks, we enjoyed the food and watching the game.

The food and service was fantastic. Very nice restaurant. Would definitely return. 

First visit for our anniversary. Upon being seated, Alysa asked us if we were celebrating anything special, and when I told her, she showed genuine excitement and happiness. We had complementary champagne and even a card! The food was great and all of the staff was amazing. Alysa made our experience that much more special. Can’t wait to go back.

Without a doubt the best dinning experience I’ve had in NEPA. I’ve lived here my whole life we frequent a lot of “fine dinning” restaurants in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area. The Refinery stands alone in there class. From the moment you walk into the restaurant to the service and the presentation of food you feel like you’re dining in a big city. Highly recommend the taste of the refinery you can’t go wrong. We waited 3 months for this meal and before we left we made another reservation. Do yourself a favor and visit this place you won’t be disappointed.

Ambience is always relaxing and comfortable. Waitstaff is always fantastic hours. Today was great. She was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The apple salad was excellent with chicken as well as the breakfast bowl with couscous broccoli rabe and salmon. Coffee was fresh iced tea Pellegrino everything was excellent so glad they’re open on a Monday when they’re so little to choose from this place is a 10 for sure
