Baldo Vino was born in 1998 in Pistoia in Piazza San Lorenzo by the will of Francesco Balloni, passionate about wine and cooking. Over time Baldo Vino carves out a name in Tuscan catering, and not only, thanks also to a cellar with over 3000 references that reflect research and passion and with a unique and exemplary champagne wine list that still makes it a place where you can uncork something special and often rare. Baldo Vino over the years has been able to grow more and more in quality, both for the gastronomic and for the oenological proposal, but also for the service in the dining room and for the attention to detail. Since March 2024 Baldo Vino has moved to a location of great charm and history, the seventeenth-century Palazzo Cancellieri in via Curtatone and Montanara, in the historic center of Pistoia.
