Valentines dinner for 4. The food was amazing! We all had the special Lobster tail and Filet. Every bite delicious! Service was extremely slow, we take into consideration it was Valentines Day. After 2 hours my husband had to let them know we were finished with our meal and waiting for dessert and check. Our waiter Tito was very professional and pleasant. I think they were a little understaffed. All in all it was a great experience and daughter in law and I both got a Rose. This was our 2nd experience at Gregory’s, both times food was excellent!!

if you are visiting Mesquite, NV, and have time to spend the night, Katherine's is the best place for a steak house. The service is outstanding, the food is always cooked to perfection. They added a new look to the front entrance, there is a larger bar area, extra places to sit with friends. A reservation must be made far in advanced. The restaurant is located in the Casablanca Hotel Resort and Casino. There deserts are some of the bests in town, and if you enjoy an outstanding Cherries jubilee, Katherine's is the place. Prices are equal to great steak restaurants.

Our chef last night was Emmi. He was egggggscellent with his dad jokes and also great at making sure we all got what we wanted how we wanted it. I have a mushroom allergy and he made sure he did not cook any mushrooms near my food. I appreciated that! Great portion size for the amount of money you spend per plate. Highly recommend the solid classic, teriyaki chicken with extra garlic butter.

The staff went above and beyond exceeded our expectations on many levels. We were taking a very important trip helping our daughter check off boxes on her bucket list and she’s in hospice. Unfortunately, she was turned off by the risotto which Mom and I tried. It was fabulous. The server all begged her to pick a different option And after some convincing by the server who was amazing she finally did and she loved it. He was on top of making sure her every need was Met along with the rest of us, but he knew that this was on her bucket list and I briefed him privately on what this trip was Him and the remaining staff went out of the way to make this the best meal we’ve ever had I’ve been in the food industry for over 25 years and this staff far exceeded my wildest dreams, extremely professional, prompt, courteous, and respectful, absolutely amazed, almost brought me and my wife to tears with the amount of care for her specifically he added some special touches along with this management approval. I’m sure when I asked to speak to the manager because service like this just doesn’t seem to exist anymore. She already knew who we were by name and he already knew what was going on. She also was amazing. She thanked me for taking time because unfortunately, there’s a lot of Karen’s and Ken’s out there That just wanna complain and I had to stress that they needed. Every expectation we ever had absolutely amazing experience I think I left the largest tip. I’ve left in probably 20 years because I couldn’t believe how amazing they were had hurt and smile. The whole time we got home and my princess absolutely passed out. She pushed herself too hard. She ate too much but she had an amazing evening. Thank you so much to the staff that we had at Hells kitchen You truly helped us check off one of my baby girls bucket list items cannot say enough nice things about them.
