We had a faaaaabolous time - Our server Tony was AWESOME!!! The place was “hopping” as it was Thanksgiving & there was no place to stand out of the cold without touching someone near you :) way to make instant friends! We were squeezed into the walk in lobby/waiting area like sardines - I would suggest in the future they take your phone number & text you - then you have the option to wait in the car. We had children with us, so the bar was not an option either & it was packed as well. We all got the turkey dinner special of the evening & it was AMAZING - the ambience was beautiful & enjoyable - even at 8:00 pm - our reservations were at 7:15 ,,. A little wait time was involved but, OVERALL - WE LOVED IT!!! I am a member & knew it would be a perfect place for our family to celebrate & it was!!! A lot of JOY, LOVE, & LAUGHTER were shared and GREAT MEMORIES WERE MADE - MANY THANKS TO ALL!!!

Our waiter was amazing. He gave us great recommendations and answered all questions. Thanksgiving turkey, carrots, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce was to die for. And the cheesecake for dessert was the best ending. Thank you Ruth’s Chris for giving my family a fabulous Thanksgiving meal

our server olaf was amazing . i told him my name and that it was my birthday . he made sure to remember it and call me by it the rest of the night . the staff here is amazing and very attentive . all of my guests thoroughly enjoyed their food . i did bring in cupcakes and they wanted to charge $15 for bringing my own dessert . which i thought that was ridiculous , considering i didn’t see that on the site and staff didn’t tell me when i asked them to refrigerate them . anyway , the server said i could just take them back and not be charged the $15 . no biggie as rules are rules . i had a great experience overall , so i plan to come back

Beautiful restaurant! Our table was ready when we arrived (even a bit early), our server was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Our food was served quickly and was delicious (highly recommend the chicken velvet soup and chicken salad croissant). For dessert, we enjoyed the mint chocolate chip cake, pixie fettu cake and a gluten free brownie. The cakes were very good and beautiful! The brownie flavor wqs fine, not anything special and was served hot (as requested). However, it was so hot I couldn’t eat it at the restraint as it was still hot when others had finished their cake. When I tried to enjoy it at home, it was rock hard (heated much too long). This was my only complaint and everything else’s was great. We will return: hopefully in Disney in a couple of weeks!

Always can count on an excellent meal here, tonight was no different (best shrimp cocktail and prime rib sandwich in town), but tonight stands out because of the service. L.J. was our server and he was so pleasant and professional , he made an ordinary night feel special. He was very knowledgeable about the specials, never made us look for him, and always had a smile on his face. We eat out a lot so we notice when someone is particularly good at their job. Thanks L.
